I’ve had this jumpsuit since April and it has taken me a while to style it because lately my style has been leaning towards more body fitting clothes. I finally got the opportunity to style this jumpsuit and here are two ways I believe you can style this linen jumpsuit. I absolutely love this jumpsuit because it has that overall like look to it which I think can be a bit refreshing and different from the staple fashion trends these days. The jumpsuit is from Mango.
Casual Day Out – For this look, I used the belt the jumpsuit came with and paired it with a pair of white trainers and threw on a sling on purse. I wore these white sun glasses I got from nordstrom rack (might be my favourite pair this summer) and kept the jewellery simple (pearl studs, everyday necklace and bracelets). I would wear this if I was going to run errands, to church, a bbq, concert, or fun day at the park. Basically somewhere that required me to be on my feet a lot.
Dress UP, shall we? – For this look, I went heavy with black accessories. I wore a black leather belt and tightened it a bit which gave me the opportunity to make the jumpsuit a bit shorter and also give the top an exaggerated blouse effect which I liked. (Only problem was I had to be careful in tying the belt so the back of the jumpsuit wouldn’t look weird). I threw a pair of braided black sandals, a black & gold bucket bag, a black & gold chunky necklace and a pair of statement gold earrings. Finally, I wore these big black shades to elevate the look. I would wear this for dinner, lunch, happy hour, a musical – think anywhere that has sitting and provides maximum comfort. PS: For this look, you probably don’t want to use the bathroom as much because it might be a bit of a hassle taking it off and restyling etc.
That’s it for me. I hope you have enjoyed this post. How would you style this jumpsuit? What would you like to see me style next?
Looking forward to hearing from you. If you enjoyed this, please don’t forget to share with your friends.
